Unce upon a time.... The whole story begun in 2006. I started studying with skillstrain while I was doing the night shift at one well known delivering company when I realized that I am not able to study normally by attending courses. But why did I decide to study? Well, I used to work as a waiter at different places around the Europe (Germany, Cyprus, on a ship providing cruises to tourists). My profession was in Gastronomical industry and I decided to change it because of huge interest for computers. In 2007 I bought my first laptop and I got into it very fast because of time I spent on it. I was evolving very fast so I decided to start studying with a view to become an IT professional in the future. I got married the same year , but it was not a problem – my wife supports me in every way till now... ( only one thing she hates is when I m playing Tribalwars :) ). By the end of the year 2008 we decided to leave U.K because of a certain discomfort and home sickness of my wife which was good for us in order to look at the new challenges in front of us. I finished A+ course with certificate and very good rates and now I am looking forward to pass N+ and CCNA exam in spring 2010. This knowledge has helped me to begin new carrier in IT as Administrator at the Computer and Networking Center at the University here in Poland. It was quite difficult at the beginning because I am Slovak by nationality but I am improving my abilities very fast, what is a vital point it this sector which does dynamically changes all the time. When I finish this course I want to improve my skills in unix, Linux systems and I think I will do it for sure with Skillstrain because of nice way of studying and help from the tutors I always May count on. Recently I got a job offer from an international IT company which was quite interesting as far as pay and experience is concerned. Sure, I will have to decide with help of my wife :). I wish good luck to all of the students at Skillstrain. With every submitted tutor marked assignment you are one step forward to a new carrier, believe me, even if it is really difficult sometimes to study when you get back from work. But half an hour at least counts a lot every day. Thank you. Happy Xmas.

I only started this course last month and already I feel as if I am learning more. This Christmas I have my first child on the way and by doing this course when I have completed it I will be able to have a career and make a good life for my family. This is what I have always wanted to do and I thank Skills Train for helping me fulfil my goals.

Before I started to train with skills train no one really found me applicable as soon as I started to train with skillstrain and I put it on my c.v. more people started to interview me and was very curious to what 'skillstrain' was so I told them about it and they said they see me as a valued person as I am paying for an education not just doing it because its free like most young people do. I like to study with skills train over Christmas as the rush to get assignments in is not there as it is a course where yo can take your time with your assignments no rush so not as many mistakes !! thanks for accepting me to study with skills train.

I have just completed section Two Part B. I have never done any payroll before. In my first tutor-assessed assignment 13 I just achieved a mark of 52% which is very low for me, because I did not understand it properly. So I revised the chapters again and studied harder. On my next assignment I achieved a mark of 95%. So studying harder helped me with understanding the payroll theory and achieving higher points.

Last Christmas I had nothing going for me but now I'm on my way, from misery to happiness' and I can now 'always look on the bright side of life!' Skills train could quite well be my star to follow to a better life. Thank you!!

The Skillstrain Training shows me a better perspective in the future. Last Christmas the future didn't look very successful, but now it is very promising. The wishes for Christmas are well-defined and more hopeful.

At the moment I do semi skilled job for construction company I can't get enough time for my family and this job is ok to survive but after I will finish my course with skill train I would be able to live my life in style and would be able to get enough time for my family so I am looking forward to finish my course as soon as possible.

Even though I have had many personal problems and a lot of work load, I am managing consistently to keep up to date with my work, I am carrying my units booklet with, everywhere I go, even at work so I can try and get through the course faster and attempt to complete the whole book by the end of the month. Alongside I am working and have family commitments, but I am happy and content at the amount of reading and work I am managing.

I have completed 6 assignments so far. In all of them I got the best results about 90 to 95%. I knew that I can get good result but Now I am confident that I can complete all my work like this excellent.

Since I've started My Web Design course it's given me something to aim for and I feel this is a life changing course and will open doors for me. Skills train have given me all the help I've needed and am enjoying every step of my course. Once I have passed my course it will my financial career better than it is now as it is quite tough for me sometimes. I believe the 2010 Christmas will be my best yet if I have a Web Design by early next year. Thanks.
