Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) Course Certification Reviews
After few months of absence (family problems) I came back and done TMA's again and it seems that I still remember everything. I am very pleased because I had no time to even think about it. It is great achievement for me and it only proves that your course materials are done in a way that will stick in your mind for very long time.
Thank You for that.

I am surprised and thrilled by the results from my tutor marked assignments, because I've been working 12 to 14 hours a day and I managed to submit 2 assignments , plus , when I started the course I knew little about IT now I gained excellent understanding ,and I feel I can go all the way ,to the end and achieve the results I wanted.

Well I haven't got a lot to mention at the moment but im just so happy to be given the opportunity to be able to do this course. I've completed the first two COMPTIA A+ essentials books and am now starting the third one. I think to do that in four months while also working 39 hours a week is good going for me and its my determination to get it done that's making me do it. Not only to get a better job but for myself. It's the best money I think I'm ever going to spend.

I have managed to study this month, even though it has proven to be very hectic, with a lot of personal problems and challenges. I am nearly ready to submit one of my assignments, which I have worked hard for.

I have passed my CompTIA exam a few weeks ago and can say that Skills Train definitely helped me to achieve this goal. This is the first studying I have done in quite a few years. When I started this course I did not have any children but now I have two children. I have also had to operations and through all of this a full time job. So I have to be honest and say that fitting studying in was a real struggle at times. I would feel very tired and wondered if I could do it. However, with support from the tutor team I did pass the exam and have now gone on to start the MSCE course. If you really want something you can do it, especially with Skills Trains help. Good luck

Even though I have had many personal problems and a lot of work load, I am managing consistently to keep up to date with my work, I am carrying my units booklet with, everywhere I go, even at work so I can try and get through the course faster and attempt to complete the whole book by the end of the month. Alongside I am working and have family commitments, but I am happy and content at the amount of reading and work I am managing.

I thought I knew a fair bit about computers but this course proved me that I needed refreshment on the areas that I wasn't sure of. So while I have been struggling with some of the areas (to name a few Command Prompts I am on at current and is taking some time), I am able to fly through the areas I know reasonably well and spend time on the areas I'm not so sure on.

I have just passed my N+ exam. I started studying with skills train over 3 years ago and successfully completed both A+ exams before emigrating to New Zealand 2 years ago. My partner and I have had a third child in this time and my study progress has been slow. I got my first IT job on service desk in Oct 2007 and have learned a great deal "hands on" which has helped to crystallise a lot of theoretical knowledge. I am currently employed as an Operations Shift Leader in what is New Zealand's newest and best Datacentre.
My study achievements are relatively modest on paper however the combination of both work experience and theoretical knowledge cannot be understated in this industry.
When I think back to how desperately unhappy I was in my previous career it feels quite good that I have completely changed paths and am now becoming successful in my new career. The five year plan is coming together nicely!

I do love doing it but some time it taking me about 2 or 3 time b4 I get a pass but you got to keep going and I'm getting to know more and more about pcs and what you can do with them. its a good feeling.
-Leslie
My achievement was to join my local college for practical lessons on assembling the computers. this is helping a lot to understand what I am studying. I am doing 2 hours every week for the past 2 months .

As a PA student I have completed the course work for the CompTIA A+ and I'm halfway through the CompTIA N+ also. I cannot wait to start the MSCA as this is my main goal. Since studying with Skillstrain I have set up my own business, Digital Solutions, which I run from home. I build, maintain and repair PCs for a living now and this couldn't have been possible without Skills train. I am grateful to my tutors for allowing me to realise my potential with IT and I would recommend Skillstrain to anyone wishing to further their career in IT.

I am still studying for the MCSE course. It is difficult because I do not achieve a higher grade all the time. I think Christmas will be fun to study with Skills Train and I have to study hard to pass the exams and the practice. The booklet is easy to follow. The feedback is encouraging from the tutor/s. I have a long way to go. I wish to build my confidence in order to be able to build a computer from scratch. My Christmas will be shared with my friends and families. My study will continue until I pass the whole course.

Last year in December I didn't know where my career was going. I have started the MCSE training course with SkillsTrain in January 2009 and now have passed the 2 first exams - CompTIA A+ and N+ and will be starting a new job in IT on the 4th of January. Now my professional career is going somewhere nice and proceeding as planned. Thanks for the opportunity.

All of the tutors are very pleasant and helpful. Do I need more to make me happy? The answer to this is no. They are the best!

At the moment I do semi skilled job for construction company I can't get enough time for my family and this job is ok to survive but after I will finish my course with skill train I would be able to live my life in style and would be able to get enough time for my family so I am looking forward to finish my course as soon as possible.
Thanks

I am 41 years of age and a mother of two lovely boys. I work as a Legal Secretary in a firm of solicitors. I have always been passionate of IT and never had the opportunity to study this properly. About a year ago, despite all the odds, I decided to take on a course but needed something that would adapt to my lifestyle. I went on to enquire with a number of IT training companies and I decided to register with Skills Train as they ticked all the boxes; they had a good reputation, I could study in my own time and pace, their fees were quite reasonable and they offered online support and live training. I have now successfully completed my COMPTIA A+ with Skills Strain.
Although I had proven general basic skills in IT, this was not clearly recognised in my workplace, but the course with Skills Train had boosted my confidence and vastly expanded my knowledge, skills and ability in IT. My employers could now notice that I had indeed proven IT qualities and that I had become quite competent in this field, and staff always came to me when they had IT related problems. My involvement has ensured the smooth day to day running of the business and has helped in cutting down costs. I informed them that I was taking further studies with Skills Train and despite the credit crunch, I have received a pay rise and I am now also the IT Supervisor of the firm. I now look forward to completing the COMPTIA N+ and can't wait to reap the benefits!
Thank you very much Skills Train!

I have been able to carry on my course even though my internet has been off-line and also help get my flatmates pc running even without the drivers for the motherboard. We found the drivers for the motherboard after we had the pc up and running the only drivers that need adding are the ones for the Ethernet.

My current job involves shift work including weekends which gives me very little social time and opportunity to progress on my course.
I have however this month managed to complete my A+ section 1 Part B this month I have done 6 TMA's all passed at 100%.
I am understanding the material and can do the TMA's in one sitting without reverting back to my course material. Also I have developed a workable Course Vs. work timetable.

I have started work for a plastic factory in my home town in November 2005 through the agency. My first few months I thought how the hell am going to learn this job and stop packing. Packing in my factory is the most boring job ever. Anyway, I have tried hard and I have done so many homework's, we have almost 10 injection moulding machines. To be a setter was always my aim and goal. Every day before going to home I wrote notes and anything was on the machines control panel , after keep trying and hard work with a lot of research, I have been nominated to join a course in Telford, to be an injection moulding setter. Fortunately , because of my desired for the job and learning, I passed very easy, and now I am a setter, I really enjoy my job, also because of the software on the control panel, and am doing my MCSE so I am confident.

Although it took me longer than I had planned, I have now passed the A+ qualification and am now on to the N+ part of the course. The weeks and weeks of revision over Christmas ad the willpower to do well have really made it worth it!
-Andrew
I've just done TMA 19 and I got 100 % so I'm happy at some time it hard but I done it - I got 100%
