Well what can I say I have been down at heart the last few months about my course work trying to fit it in with my day to day routine and of course my three year old son !! I was contemplating giving the course up but then I said to myself hey you wont achieve anything by giving up so I took the situation in hand and started again. I gave the fabulous tutors a ring and together they got me back on track and I feel more in control and am actually starting to enjoy the course once again thanks again everyone !! I am sure I will be speaking to you again soon enough .

At the moment I am working my way though the course I am also working on plans to start up my own buisness in photography which takes up alot of my time.
I am also looking for work which takes up alot of time and is hard work due to having attend college 5 days a week and undertaking a work placement at a homeless shelter which leaves me knackerd by the end of the day.

I have excelled in all of my TMA's so far, (nothing lower than a 90% mark) and I am determined to complete my course work by the end of summer. Thanks to my studies I have been able to help my other family members setup a secure wireless network. My inspiration has been my beautiful daughter who is now 4 months old. I am working towards being able to support my family in a career as a Network Administrator.

It is not too much left for me to finish A+, and I am very proud of myself, I thought it will be much more difficult, but I realised, that study material is quite easy understandable. I think I am going very well, my marks are about 95 %. I am a bit scared about examination, but I hope everything will go well.

Holding down two jobs while I help look after my ill dad and my brothers 3 year old daughter and doing most of the shopping and cleaning, within a tight budget and still getting my TMAs in good time for a better future for us all.

I am struggling with no time to learn. Working full-time as a shop supervisor doesn't leave much time for anything. However I spend all my free time for study and this is my achievment, my first commercial website made just by myself: http://www.secretarcade.co.uk

As my first language is not English, I feel very proud of myself for the work I have already completed, its only 2 assignments but I have acheived 90% both times and am very proud. I knew not a lot about IT before I started this course, but hope to succeed and become succesfull in working within the IT industry.

I've always been a slow learner, and for some reason, never been able to understand or catch up with my education. After leaving school due to severe social anxiety disorder, I thought a career would be impossible to achieve. I've studied really hard with skills train and already I find myself learning more in a few months than I've learnt in my 12 years at school. This is an amazing achievement for me.

Since January I started to work full time and I had some health problems too. Also, my sister and my naughty nephew are living with us and I get distracted easily. I wanted to study my course, but I felt so tired; I felt exhausted and I didn't have time to study the course. I am fascinated by computers and what you can do on them and always I want to know and learn more about it. I work in an office and some of my colleagues have problems using the computer or using Word or Excel. The fact that I know what to do and I can help them makes me feel useful and reminded me how much I want to learn and know about computers. So, eager to know more I feel stronger and capable to do my course. And my colleagues, without knowing it helped me to realise that.

Not sure what to say really but I just received my first TMA back and scored 100%. I started to study the first module and thought.....what have I got myself into !!! I never thought I'd get that good a score considering I have such a busy life. I had studied when I could, in betwen working full time, my partner working full time and keeping my 7 month old happy too!! They had also changed my role at work and I had to get to grips with all that too....

-Andrew

After a lengthy illness I am quickly getting back on track with my studies, after just 5 weeks back in the flow of studying I am already passing at the rate of more than one module a week.
-Nicholas
Being able to help others with computer problems they were facing as well as achieving very good marks in my first three tutor marked assignments.
-Abdinoor
I have been able to submit 3 TMAs within a month. I have become more focused with my studies, I now have a timetable and I am actually enjoying it. This is uncharacteristic of me but I think the new A+2006 has worked some magic on me. I just can't stay away from the material. I'm going to carry on with this momentum and make sure I finish the course in a few months.

I helped a friend to restore his HP PC by using f10 key while the logo was display as his computer was not booting the OS. My friend was very graceful and happy with his PC working again as new.
-Edison
I am greatly enjoying the course on PC hardware and maintenance and all the on online lessons which I find very informative and would recommend people to go to the online talks which are helping me along through the course.
