This session was extremely helpful as I knew very little about MS DOS beforehand. Tutor was excellent and very clear with the instructions.

I learned alot about my pc, more about what I already knew and something new as well. I didn`t know what "Dr Watson" was but I do now, also I didn`t know about "chkdsk", I do now.
Tonight`s session was very helpful, thanks guys.

Many thanks for giving me the opportunity to take part in the live internet training. It was very educating and interesting.

Even if I have read much of it in Section 1 of my CIW course, I still believe it ranks 100% when compared to other IT institutions.

I just cannot wait to be booked for another session.

Best of Wishes to members of Skillstrain.

As advertised, this was a follow up session to the Learning Styles training course.

From both sessions, I learned much about myself. I had already implemented one of the techniques from the first, and from the second, I now have another couple of learning aids to try. I found the first one worked well, and one of the new ones yet to be tried, I'm very enthusiastic about trying.

Once again a huge thanks to the tutors, who run these courses at silly o'clock to acommodate us all. Without their support and committment, we students wouldn't have such great tools to enable us to do so well.

A note to those who have, so far, not attended a live training session: you have no idea what fun and valuable resources you are missing. Shame on you, and get one booked :)

When I started my CIW course, I was a little concerned that the syllabus looked immense. This course, on computer maintenance, did 2 things: -

1. Showed me that I had understood my materials.

2. Brought some fun, cameraderie, and practicality to something that some would consider a "dry" section of the course.

Well done to the SkillsTrain team, and I look forward to attending the sessions advertised at the end of this one.

I found the live Internet training very positive. The information was useful, the display was clear and the speaker was easy to understand. The added information about motivational learning and the study tips was also practical and helpful. I will be attending more sessions.

Thanks for the session, it helped me to identify how best I learn and other things I could do that would help me to retain information.

I attended the CIW live internet training and found it very humbling. It's refreshing to be reminded about subjects that you can momentarily forget from time to time.

I found the live classroom very helpfull and informative. It has given me insight into the course that I didn't know before. Now I just want to attend them all. Thank you very much to the tutor team!

Thank you for enabling me to attend LIT on Monday the 21 of May. I appriciate all the effort made to allow me to have this new experience, which was slightly different from the recorded session, which I was used to. I feel it had a positive effect on me despite my being unprepared. Having said that, I do appriciate the phone calls being made to see whether I could access the LIT for the TCP/IP session and informing me RE the situation.

Let me take this oppertunity and thank you the entire team for enabling me to take part in TCP/IP LIT.

I had trouble logging on to the Live Internet training, but received a call from a tutor who pointed me in the right direction. Once I had joined the session, I found that I knew most of the items covered, but I learned a new way of accessing the defragment option and also learned about Dr Watson, which I did not know. So all in all, very worthwhile!

I found the session very useful - good to put concepts into more practical solutions and application. I hope to now be able to continue the next chapter of N+ Part B with the same success I have enjoyed with A+ and N+ Part A!

The MS DOS introduction training was very useful as a revision of what I had covered before in my course.

I found the interactivity of the training very enjoyable particularly where participants can digitally raise their hands to carry out an activity assigned by the trainer. I therefore would encourage more students to find time and attend as many courses as possible. Thank you.
