IT Training Courses Certification Reviews
As of late, I've devoted so much time into my studying, putting my personal life temporarily on hold, and resulting in completing the first part of my course and making good progress in the second part. Every assignment has been marked with full marks which has more than exceeded my expectations. it just goes to show, if you can find the time for your studying, your results could be more than what you expected. I've just completed the 2nd assignment for the A+ part b teaching all about notebooks. my nephew has had a problem with his lap-top for some time now but I didn't know what to do about it as I don't have one. thanks to that assignment, I've managed to reboot his notebook completely, re-installing windows and all of the device drivers he had with it returning it to its original state. he told me to say: CHEERS SkillsTrain!!

I have finished A+ and done practical training. Now I am studying N+ and I hope that it will be finished very soon.

I am on a pc master course and on my last folder, I have had to live with schizophreuia since I was nineteen and at first it ripped my life apart because your mind turns people like family and friends against you. only over the last four years have I started to understand my mind and start to plan a future in computers, just only last week I brought my sisters pc to my house, when you started up it would say bad disk error, with the masters course I was able to see the problem and start to elliminate possibles. the hard drive was`nt working and booting up windows xp home, I checked the pc with a hard drive with a working platfrom < xp > just to check the mother board and it worked, then I used a erd disk to check the xp home hard drive disk for errors and with in a hour I had the pc running and on defrag program to test the reliability of the platform, I said to my sister that she would need to get a new hard drive some time soon, she has a family to feed first. I was gald to at least prolong the life of her pc, and I said I would install her old files and platform on the new hard drive, when she can afford one.

Since joining skillstrain I have COMPLETED my CompTIA A+ and since this has happened I have had few interviews. I am very much looking forward to passing my N+ and my CCNA with skillstrain!!, I never thought in my life time I'd be motivated to study, but it hapened becouse of Skills Train and it's training programme. I hope I can say goodbye to my "dead end" job as a shop worker ASAP. Thanks

I started off just fixing computers for a hobbie and then I decided to take it up for a career and found skillstrain. It is a big help and I thought I new alot about computers but boy was I wrong.

I initially registered for the CIW Website Design Manager course in 2003 but was unable to follow it through due to other commitments at the time. Having completed my Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) training, I decided to carry on with the course this year in June and I am enjoying every bit of it. Coupled with my MBA studies I feel the sky is the limit for me and would encourage those having second thought to go for it. I have just submitted my TMA03 and its all great for me and can't wait for the next TMA.
The material is next to none and I know there's someone out there to give me a hand when I get stuck, what more can I possibly ask for?

The Live Training was really good, it was interactive and went over many things I had learnt in past lessons. Definitely worthwhile, I will be taking others.

The Internet Training session on Security was marvellous. Permit me to say that the session is becoming more exciting and comprehensive time after time. Security is a very sensitive issue in any organisation. The session has undisputably cleared some of the lapses and shallow understanding I had relating to the subject under discussion. Thanks for your time and untiring efforts in making our studies very comfortable and unique. All the Best in your endeavours.

I attended this session and it has helped me understand this subject a lot better, I wrote down notes but found it hard to take it all in at the same time. Although, I can always playback this session in my own time and go at my own pace. I find Live Internet Training an excellent source to help me with my course. I shall be attending more sessions in the near future. Thank you

This was my first time, and bit advanced for me, because I'm doing my ciw website design manager (ver 5 section 1 part a) and I haven't read tcp/ip in that much detail yet, but from my previous knowledge I already knew but not in that much deatail. I attended the session just to get familiar with the stuff and it went really fine, I gave answers to the questions and they all went correct except for 1. That was a great experience and I enjoyed it a lot. I hope that the knowledge I get today will benefit me in future.

This was the first live internet class I have attended. I absloutely enjoyed this class and thought the whole "Live" aspect was brilliant. I could contact the tutor if I needed to and loved having to answer questions within the session. Overall I thought the Live Internet Training sessions are essential to have.

It has been amazing how quick I have progressed in my course work. My tutor team have been very helpful as they are a call away. I have just submitted my TMA5 and am looking forward for my next phase of assignments.

I have achieved Aplus certification since I started this course, also I have used my knowledge to help an ICT tutor of UCKG church achieve her qualification. I have also helped members of my church who are parents to be able to check what their children are viewing and doing on the internet. I started my own small business solving computer hardware and software problems for people.

I have completed Unit 1- 4 of my Network+ and Unit 1 of my A+ 89-90% on all :) .
The skills I have learned help me to configure my uncles router and fix a display Ratio problem with a media centre PC :).
Now I am watching and listening to Tech Podcasts like DL.TV, Cranky Geek, Twit and pc mag.
A month ago I never new what firmware was lol. Now I am so much more aware. I think I found my calling thank to this course :)
