I HAVE BEEN ILL FOR THE LAST TWO WEEK AS THE PAIN GET UNBEARABLE I HAVE NOW GOT BACK TO MY COURSE AND CHATCH UP ALSO SORRY ABOUT THE SPELLING I WAS NEVER ANY GOOD AT IT . I HAVE GOT ALL THE STUFF I NEED TO GET ABOUT SO I CAN GET ABOUT MY HOME NOW PICK ME FOR STUDENT OF THE I CANT AFFORD A NEW COMPUTER AS MIND HAS BROKEN DOWN I AM LEND ONE FROM NEXT DOOR I HAVE GREAT HARDNESS TO GET AS MY HIPS ARE VERY PAINFUL AT THE MOMENT THIS BAD WETHER IS NOT HELPING MATTERS . ANY WAY THAT THE LOT ABOUT MY ILLNESS I AM FINDING IT HARD TO SET DOWN TO DO WORK ON MY COURSE AS I CANT SIT LONG TIMES THAT IT FOR NOW.

I got 100% on my tutor marked assignment 01 and I got 77% on my tutor marked assignment 02 I am very very happy with theses marks it has been hard with me been a full time chef on shifs

After christmas I started a new job and incorporating a new revision sessions and submitting my tutor mark assignments was hard. I am getting home after Six and having hardly any energy to study and no consentration to be able to do the assignments. For the first time since a started this computer trainning I can now see a future within the industry and was confident enough to help my sister with her computer as I knew nothing reguarding computers before I started this course.

Since enrolling with the skills train, I have now fully understand how computers and network functions in the morthern world of computers. On many occations I have help some people to solved certain problems with their computers,and assist them in connecting to the networks (ISP). I think I have achieved a lot. thanks to the team of tuttors.

I don't know if this qualify me for student of the month but I am glad to share my experience thus far, with you.I can say the time spent with this college so far as brought back the enthusiasm I had for life and the great expectations I had for my my adult years.thanks for this opportunity to shine again.
to say I am doing well will be to humble even for me who is usually very reserve.I am doing very well as I have studied very hard and was able to achieve no less than 90% on all my assignments even on the written ones I have manage to gain perfect marks. my next goal is to transform this on to my exam sheets and I know with the dedication I show so far I will.
I work at a factory that operate on a shift basis 6am-2pm,2pm-10pm.on the early shift I have to walk about 2.5 miles to the city to catch a bus in to work,as the buses by me don't start as early.after work I rush to my daughter's school to pick her up.my work colegues always complain about how happy I am that early in the morning..but..they might have just gotten up..I was up two hours before.lol.I have told a lot of people about this course and that I am doing it despite what might seem as a tough situation.this as encourage a couple of my friends who have decided to start something with their life.

Recently had a few pc problems, but managed to solve the problem with the information I already had and various bits from the course, not the greatest achivement but it ment rebuilding the pc taking in the saftey notes and also the whole section about connectors etc.

I have been studying computering for a number of years now and joined skillstrain last year the course I am on is hard but I find it interesting and hope to acheive my goal in the near future

SINCE ARRIVING IN THE UK, I HAVE BEEN TRYING DESPERATEL TO GET EMPLOYMENT AS A MECHANIC WHICH IS MY FIELD OF TRADE,ALL TO NO AVAIL.FORTUNATELY ONE DAY THERE WAS THIS LEAFLET UNDER THE DOOR,I SHOWED IT TO MY WIFE AND TOLD HER I NEED TO TAKE THE COURSE AND CHANGE MY CAREER.I SENT THE APPLICATION AND WIHHIN A WEEK I GOT A RELY, AFTER THE INTERVIEW THEN IT REALLY HIT ME THAT I WOULD BE GOING BACK TO SCHOOL, ONLY IT WOULD BE FROM HOME.I STARTED THE A+2003 in DECEMBER, AFTER SUBMITTING A COUPLE OF TMA CHANGED TO A+2006.AT FIRST IT WAS VERY CONFUSING AND SEEM DIFFICULT BUT AFTER FOLLOWING THE TUTOR ADVICE THE SITUATION CHANGED.I HAVE TAKEN THIS SO SERIOUS THAT I AM TAKING EVERY OPPERTUNITY TO STUDY.AT TIMES I TEND TO LOOSE FOCUS BUT WITH THE TUTORS ADVICE AND MY OBJECTIVES KEEPS ME GOING,AND TO DATE I HAVE COMPLETED THE FIRST PART OF THE COURSE.WHILE AWAITING FOR PART1B I HAVE TIME TO DO REVISION.

Working under pressure via going to college plus doing this course and achieving better results than I use to get, Havnt had to be resubmitted for a very long time with this course.

I started this course last year and have got much better marks than I expected with only having a couple of resubmissions and restarting the course to do the 2006 objectives, which was worth starting again as this is more tecnical, At 52 yrs old and learning is possible harder than when you are young I am surprised that I am copeing so well and getting such good marks for my work

I have completed assignm.4and the results were good so far over 80 percnt. I work full time and 12 hours a day 7 days but still a manage to carry on with my course.I hope to keep this level.I didnt know mutch about computers but now I can help my relatives and friends to sought out some problems ,and I feel really good.bye

Since arriving in Scotland I have been trying desperately seeking employment,which is in the Mechanical field. After taking over 25 twentyfive interview, I guess that was not working.Got home one day found the leaflet under the door and decide to apply to SkILLSTRAIN.At present I'm doing Computer course.It has been years since I have study, and to start with somethng outside my field I thought the task was a big one but I was wrong.
It was difficult at first to concentrate,but after listening to the advice of the tutor, and decide to focus on my goals and objectives, I have been studing so often that I have completed the first part of my course 2006 objectives 1-A Presently I am soing revision awaiting the other part of the course.

Getting over 90s in my assignments even though some assignments like assignment 03 was challenging I still did it and got through with it with a tight schedule including work which seems to take up all my time.

Although I have just submitted my second assignment.I did very well in the first assignment.gaining 100%.reflecting on it now,yes there are some people who would have sailed through it in a day.I had no knowlage of IT when I started.I didn,t even know what IT stood for.all I could do was turn on the computer and type my name. having been a chef for over twenty years this is quite a big thing for me.so I feel very proud to have got such a high mark.I have never been so determined about acheiving something as this before.even at this early stage I am excited about what the future holds for me.cheers big ears.

(2003 OBJECTIVES ) DESPITE BEEN IN A LOT OF PAIN & BEEN UNABLE TO SIT
FOR LONG PERIODS I HAVE NOW SWITCHED TO THE 2006 OBJECTIVES & HOPE TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE MY GOOD WORK.

Since joining Skills Train my assignment marks have been good I never thought that I had the intelligence to get this far. I never thought I would have the patience to sit and do a course but I feel the way Skills Train as laid out the course makes it easier to grasp and understand..May I take this opportunity to thank you all at Skills Train....

WELL THANX TO THE SKILL TRAIN COURSE WORK I HAVE REALY LEARD ABOUT THE NETWORKS AND WHAT THEY ENTAIL. IT HAS REALLY HELPED WITH MY OWN NETWORK THAT I HAVE AT HOME BUT ALSO I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SETUP A NETWORKS FOR MY FAMILY KNOWING WHAT EQUIPMENT THEY WOULD NEED AND THE BEST WAY TO GET IT RUNNING THE FASTEST.
IM REALY PLEASED ABOUT THIS.

I have achieved 3 TMA in the 2006 module with a pass average of about 80%, I work extremely hard in my own time and I dont ask for any help. I get on with my studying I even study at school in my spare time.
